Recently I've been wanting to be a little more creative with my recipes. I love Ezekiel Tortillas toasted over the stove in a non stick skillet (Teflon free). I didn't start incorporating Collard Greens into my alkaline vegan diet until recently. So I decided to add them to my wraps and boy was it a good choice! Here's the ingredients you'll need: Ezikiel Tortillas, (buy them at a health food store, I haven't seen them at Vons.
