I usually wake up hungry so the first thing I'll have is a cup of coffee. I would like to eat something right away, but if I do that then I'm a little too full for my morning java and it doesn't taste as great. I put creamer to make it tastier and I estimate my calorie intake is about 100 calories. Now to get the real benefits of coffee: I read that drinking it black is the way to go. About 30 minutes later I'll eat some fruit that I already have cut up in the fridge. It makes you full, it's a healthier option, and you'll feel light and fit. When I'm on the go... My coffee goes in a to-go mug and I put some fruit in a zip-lock bag to bring with me. Viola! I'm ready to start my day Just remember: Too much caffeine is not good for you.
