Sometimes as women we go through changes that we can't explain, and we wonder if anyone else is also having the same issue. As I was reading USA Weekend I found some very interesting information for all the ladies out there...... Including myself! Now I know why =) As I do and I'm sure others do as well; I'm looking at my cell phone as I'm laying in bed before falling asleep. Well not anymore! ..... As women we need to wind down because bright lights can suppress the sleep hormone- Melatonin- which makes us more alert and a good night's rest is vital for us. What I do now is put my texts on silent and set my alarm before I get ready for bed. I won't look at it until the next morning and yes! I actually do feel more rested. When we're tired or have low energy it usually has an effect on how we treat the ones that are closest to us. (our spouse for example) It triggers tension.
